We provide branding, website design and graphic design services as described in our proposals, invoices and agreed scope.

2. Quotes & Invoices

Quotes valid for 30 days
50% non-refundable deposit before work starts
Balance due as per payment schedule

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear instructions and timely feedback.
Ensure you have rights to any content supplied.

4. Revisions

Included as per scope. Additional revisions billed at our current hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property

Final approved designs are yours after full payment
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellation fees apply for work completed to date

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of our services.

8. Website Services

You are responsible for hosting, domains and subscriptions
We are not responsible for third-party outages

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South Australian law and the laws of Australia.
